Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of LabelWebs services. Please read them carefully — they form a binding agreement between you and LabelWebs.

In plain English
  • You must be 18 or older (or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction) to use LabelWebs.
  • Subscriptions are billed by Paddle, our merchant of record. EU consumers have a 14-day cooling-off right.
  • You own your content; we get the limited license needed to host and display it.
  • Domain registrations are non-refundable once submitted to the registry (ICANN policy).
  • You may cancel any time. We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
Article 1 — Definitions

Capitalized terms used in these Terms have the meanings set out below.

TermMeaning
"LabelWebs", "we", "us" LabelWebs, the operator of the labelwebs.com platform and related services.
"User", "you" Any individual or legal entity that registers an account or otherwise uses the Services.
"Services" The LabelWebs SaaS platform, AI website builder, domain registration and DNS, hybrid hosting, and all related features made available to you.
"Subscription" A recurring paid plan (monthly or annual) granting access to specific Services or feature tiers.
"Paddle" Paddle.com Market Limited, the merchant of record that processes payments and is responsible for VAT/sales-tax collection.
"Content" Any data, text, images, designs, or other material you upload, create, or transmit through the Services.
"Account" Your registered profile on LabelWebs, including credentials, settings, and Subscription state.
"Effective Date" The date you first accept these Terms by creating an Account or using the Services.
"Applicable Law" Statutes, regulations, and orders that apply to either party in connection with the Services.
Article 2 — Acceptance & Eligibility

    By creating an Account, clicking "I agree", or otherwise using the Services, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

    You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

    If you accept these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you personally and that organization.

    You may not use the Services if you are barred from doing so under the laws of your country of residence or any other applicable jurisdiction.

Article 3 — Account Registration & Security

    You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your Account information up to date.

    You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your Account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access at [email protected].

    We may require email verification, two-factor authentication, or additional identity checks where reasonable, including for high-risk actions such as billing changes or domain transfers.

    You may not (a) share Account credentials, (b) create Accounts using automated means, or (c) impersonate another person or entity.

Article 4 — Description of Services

LabelWebs offers an integrated platform spanning three core categories. Specific feature sets are described in your Subscription plan and may be updated from time to time.

Infrastructure

Domain registration, DNS management, hybrid hosting, SSL, and DDNS.

AI Website Builder

AI-generated landing pages, design templates, content blocks, and live preview.

Business SaaS

Lead capture, CRM, scheduling, messaging integrations, and analytics.

    We may add, modify, or discontinue features. For material adverse changes, we will give at least 30 days' notice via email or in-product notification.

    Domain Services are subject to ICANN policies and the rules of the relevant registry; the Domain Registration Terms (Section 6 of this Policy Center) apply.

    Beta features may be offered on an "as-is" basis, may change without notice, and may be discontinued at our discretion.

Article 5 — Subscription & Billing

Paddle is our merchant of record
All paid Subscriptions and one-time charges are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited. Paddle is the seller of record on the invoice, handles tax collection and remittance globally, and may appear on your statement as PADDLE.NET* LABELWEBS. Payment-method data is processed by Paddle and is never stored on LabelWebs systems.

    Subscription fees are charged in advance, on a recurring basis (monthly or annually), at the rate published on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

    Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle for the same term and at the then-current rate, unless you cancel before the renewal date.

  • 3

    Applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) are calculated and collected by Paddle based on your billing location. Prices are exclusive of tax unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • 4

    Failed payments will be retried; if payment cannot be collected after a reasonable period (typically 14 days), the Subscription may be downgraded or suspended.

    You authorize Paddle to charge your selected payment method for all fees and taxes due, including renewals, until you cancel.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

Article 7 — Acceptable Use

Your use of the Services is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination, and we may report illegal activity to law enforcement.

Article 6 — User Content & License

    You retain all ownership rights in the Content you upload to or create within the Services. We do not claim ownership of your Content.

    You grant LabelWebs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and modify your Content solely to the extent necessary to operate, provide, and improve the Services for you.

    You represent and warrant that (a) you own or have the necessary rights to your Content, (b) the Content does not infringe third-party rights, and (c) the Content complies with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

    You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your Content, including compliance with privacy laws applicable to data you collect from your end users.

    Upon termination of your Account, we will delete or anonymize your Content in accordance with our retention schedule (see Privacy Policy), except where retention is required by law.

Article 8 — Intellectual Property

    All software, design, trademarks, and content provided by LabelWebs are owned by LabelWebs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

    We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely as permitted by these Terms during your Subscription period.

    You may not (a) reverse-engineer or decompile the Services, (b) resell, sublicense, or white-label the Services without a written agreement, or (c) remove proprietary notices.

  • 4

    You may submit feedback or suggestions; we may use them without obligation or compensation. Feedback is provided on a non-confidential basis.

Article 9 — Service Availability & Modifications

    We aim for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure-against-all-attacks operation. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where practicable.

    We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the Services at our discretion. For material changes that materially reduce functionality of a paid plan, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and a pro-rata refund of unused fees if you choose to cancel.

  • 3

    We are not liable for service interruptions caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, third-party provider failures, denial-of-service attacks, or force majeure events.

Article 10 — Termination & Suspension

    You may cancel your Subscription at any time from your billing dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then.

    We may suspend or terminate your Account, with or without notice, if (a) you materially breach these Terms or the AUP, (b) your activity poses a risk to the Services or to other users, (c) we are required to do so by law, or (d) your payment method fails and is not corrected within a reasonable period.

    On termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. We will retain or delete your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

  • 4

    Provisions intended to survive termination — including Sections 8 (IP), 11 (Liability), 12 (Indemnification), 14 (Governing Law), and any accrued payment obligations — will survive.

Article 11 — Liability

It limits our liability to you. In some jurisdictions certain limitations may not apply; in that case, this section applies to the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, LabelWebs and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

    Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the greater of (a) the fees paid by you to LabelWebs during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD 100).

    These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, statute, or otherwise) and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Article 12 — Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LabelWebs and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with (a) your Content, (b) your use of the Services, (c) your violation of these Terms or the AUP, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights or Applicable Law. We may, at our option, assume the exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense.

Article 13 — Disclaimers

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, OR BE ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES; IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS THE EXCLUSIONS APPLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Article 14 — Governing Law

§14Article 14 — Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence provide a higher level of protection that cannot be derogated from by agreement.

    For users residing outside the Republic of Korea, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms may, at the claimant's election, be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules in effect at the time of filing. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore; the language shall be English; the arbitral tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator.

    For users residing in the Republic of Korea, the Seoul Central District Court shall be the court of first instance for any dispute that is not submitted to arbitration.

    Nothing in this Article limits your rights as a consumer to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence under mandatory law.

EU consumers — ODR platform
If you reside in the European Union, you may also access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.
Article 15 — Changes

    We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version took effect.

    For material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., by email or in-product banner) at least 30 days before the changes take effect.

    Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Services and may cancel your Subscription for a pro-rata refund of any prepaid, unused fees.

Article 16 — Miscellaneous

    Severability — If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.

    No Waiver — Failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.

    Assignment — You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

  • 4

    Force Majeure — Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, or internet/network failure.

  • 5

    Entire Agreement — These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and LabelWebs regarding the Services.
