Acceptable Use
Acceptable Use Policy
Rules that keep LabelWebs safe, lawful, and useful for everyone. Violations may lead to suspension, termination, and reporting to authorities where appropriate.
- Don't do illegal things, harm others, or damage our infrastructure.
- No malware, phishing, spam, fraud, scams, adult content, or IP-infringing material.
- No automated abuse — scraping, brute-forcing, or burning shared resources.
- Respect end-user privacy on the sites you build with LabelWebs.
- We may immediately suspend or take down sites that abuse the platform — with or without prior notice.
- Report violations to [email protected] — we triage every report.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Services to publish, host, transmit, or distribute content that:
- Is unlawful in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction where it is accessed.
- Infringes intellectual-property, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
- Sexually exploits or endangers minors (CSAM) — reported immediately to NCMEC.
- Adult, pornographic, or sexually explicit material (including escort services and adult dating).
- Promotes terrorism, mass violence, or extremist groups.
- Incites discrimination based on protected characteristics.
- Constitutes defamation, harassment, or doxxing.
- Distributes malware, exploits, or stolen credentials.
- Facilitates fraud, phishing, or pages mimicking real institutions, brands, or persons.
- Promotes scams, fraudulent investment schemes, multi-level marketing, or false income/health claims.
- AI-generated deepfakes, impersonations, or misleading content depicting real persons without consent.
- Sells, advertises, or distributes counterfeit goods, replicas, or trademark-infringing merchandise (e.g., counterfeit luxury items, knock-off branded apparel, fake electronics).
- Misrepresents unauthorized or unbranded goods as genuine products of a brand without authorization.
- Uses third-party trademarks, logos, or brand names in a way that is likely to confuse consumers about the source or sponsorship of goods or services.
- Violates export-control or sanctions laws.
- Sells regulated goods (drugs, weapons) without lawful authorization.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
-
1
Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without authorization.
-
2
Bypass authentication, rate limits, quotas, or other access controls.
-
3
Interfere with or disrupt the Services, sub-processors, or other users — including via denial-of-service attacks.
-
4
Engage in spam, unsolicited bulk email, SMS-spam, or comment-spam from your sites.
-
5
Use the Services to mine cryptocurrency, run unauthorized AI inference at scale, or otherwise abuse shared resources.
-
6
Scrape the Services, reverse-engineer client code beyond what is permitted by law, or harvest user data.
-
7
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation in ways that mislead users or third parties.
-
8
Use automated tools that materially exceed normal human usage patterns without prior written approval.
3. Reasonable Use of Shared Resources
-
1
Plans publish soft and hard limits on bandwidth, storage, AI calls, and emails. We may throttle or pause activity exceeding those limits.
-
2
Sustained abnormally high resource usage — even within a plan's limits — may trigger a fair-use review and require an upgrade.
-
3
AI features are subject to model usage policies (e.g., Google Gemini) and prohibited prompt categories defined by those providers.
4. Privacy of Your End Users
If you collect personal data through sites or forms built on LabelWebs, you act as the data controller for that data. You must (a) publish a clear privacy notice, (b) collect any required consents (e.g., for cookies, marketing), (c) honor data-subject requests, and (d) comply with Applicable Law including GDPR/CCPA/LGPD where relevant. We act as a processor for that data and provide tooling to assist your compliance.
5. Reporting Abuse
Email [email protected]
6. Enforcement
-
1
Depending on severity, enforcement may include warning, content removal, feature suspension, account suspension, account termination, or referral to law enforcement.
-
2
We reserve the right to immediately suspend, take down, or block any site, subdomain, or account at our sole discretion — with or without prior notice — if we have a good-faith belief that it violates this AUP, harms users, exposes us to legal risk, or threatens the integrity of the Services.
-
3
For serious or repeated violations we may act without prior notice. Where reasonable and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.
-
4
You may appeal an enforcement action by replying to the notification email or contacting [email protected]. We are under no obligation to reinstate suspended sites or accounts.
